I’m originally from Italy and I came to America in 1969, I was four years old. At the age of 6, I started my Martial Arts training. I’m 54 years old now and I love training every day, to me it's a way of life now after all these years. I studied Wah Lum Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu and Shaolin Kempo Karate at Fred Villari’s in Waltham, Massachusetts in the 1980’s. I loved it and I'm grateful that I had a great Sensei and learning a complete system. I hold a 7th Degree Black Belt and I am also currently studying Kenpo Karate.
In fact the "dragon" is but a kind of imaginary animal that exists only in the mind of the Chinese people. It is imagines to have the body of a snake, the claws of an eagle, and the horns of a deer. The techniques of the Dragon Form are movements simulating those of this animal.

The mantis can catch in trap their prey within seconds using there speed and quick reflexes once caught with there grasping deadly Raptorial front legs the victim doesn’t have the slightest chance of escaping.
